We don’t have any hidden extras or try to hide things in the small print. Our fees won’t change unless your instructions do.

You will be assigned your own dedicated conveyancer who is part of a team of home moving experts, so there is always someone on hand to guide and assist you through the entire process.

Unrivalled Expertise
When allocating your case to a conveyancer we ensure that they have the specialist knowledge and expertise required to manage the complexities of your individual case, whether it be a sale, purchase or remortgage case.

Appointments that suit you
By using our Appointment Booking System either through eWay or by calling our appointment booking line, you can secure a time to speak to your conveyancer when it suits you.

Regular Status Updates
You will receive regular status updates via email, SMS, phone call or letter, whichever you prefer.

Longer Opening Hours
Open 8am-8pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-7pm on Fridays. We’re also open at weekends, Saturday 9am-4pm and Sunday 10am-3pm.

eWay (Online Case Management)

Boost your Benefits with Plus

If you are a Plus member you will also receive Home Buyer Protect; up to £1,850 of protection exclusively for LawCard Plus members who instruct our Conveyancing partner to complete their property purchase.

We understand that things go wrong sometimes, which is why we offer a no move, no fee guarantee on your purchase case.

If your purchase transaction does not proceed to exchange through no fault of your own, you will not be charged for the lawyer costs. Furthermore, you will be reimbursed up to a total of £1,850 including £500 in mortgage lender arrangement fees, £750 in valuation fees and £600 in solicitor disbursements (e.g. searches).
